Over 150,000 people flock to Austin, Texas every March for South by Southwest, making it an ideal place to advertise your brand or products to an audience of savvy indie music fans, bands and industry professionals. While the South by Southwest week is packed with events, few can offer the unique branding and reputation for success demonstrated by The Bay Area Takeover. We are actively seeking sponsors for our 2010 event and have a variety of affordable sponsorship options.

On March 18th, 2010, the Bay Area Takeover will return to Austin’s Beauty Bar for our third-annual day party, featuring two stages of performances by over a dozen of the San Francisco Bay Area’s hottest independent bands. Most day parties during South by Southwest feature a seemingly interchangeable jumble of artists, but the Bay Area Takeover’s unique branding and consistently excellent booking have made it “definitely one of the best regional events put on every year.” (DoneWaiting.com)

After thousands packed our parties in 2008 and 2009, the 2010 Bay Area Takeover promises to be even bigger and better. Simply put, a party of this size and significance is a great opportunity for your business to publicly declare your support for cutting edge Bay Area independent music on an international stage. Our promotional efforts this year will repeat successful strategies, including early announcement of the event to media and an e-mail list of over 10,000 people who have RSVPed for our past events.

Other Details
